I have had this for 3 weeks. I have a lot of research, and actually saw at BJ's on a slightly lower price. But with sales tax, price of Amazon was almost identical. The only defect of giving 5 stars is the touch pad and buttons. Many guests commented on this, and I must agree, is terrible. But everything else is great. Seems pretty fast, and because Vista is running, I can not wait to see how they are treated in the next month, Win 7. Battery life is pretty good. Works great for a day of notes and surfing. Also supply small. And very cool running. Overall, I love it.

I jumped on the trend of buying a Netbook 9 "Dell Mini. I did not expect to replace my $ 2000 laptop, only one thing I needed as a workstation backup and something I can carry around in time (travel , etc.) are used, if I do not want to refer a concern about something that cost more than my first car.

As many have said, this laptop is a cross between a good notebook and netbook full / laptop. Features are just fine balance

Pro —
- The size is small, the weight is. Excellent portability
- The screen of 1366×768 pixels is a bit 'small screen resolution finer Bhutto means I can learn more without scrolling.
- Gets only slightly warm and just burn your lap.
- Battery life excellent, in two weeks, had only two posts (and I use it primarily for reading and browsing).
- Edge of netbooks, such as processor performance is certainly good (enough to run Vista without problems), except for Skype.
- Basic extra features such as wireless, webcam, a microphone is cool

'm Tired of lugging a laptop around 7 + lbs. I have a lot of research and 3.1 pounds this little notebook. Compromises were certainly made, but for the price, portability and battery life, you can not beat this deal. My first was an Acer 1410 fan problem where the fan was complaining loudly, as if brushing against something - I requested an exchange and the new unit is very quiet.
